Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream is seeking a Night Shift Machine Operator to run assigned production lines with focus on quality, safety, and hygiene. You will operate equipment, follow SOPs, and ensure outputs meet specifications while maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment are essential. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety culture, and adherence to the Froneri operating model within our Walnut Creek

Qualifications

• Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with troubleshooting skills.
• Good interpersonal communication for teamwork and safety.
• Ability to work multiple shifts including nights as required.

Responsibilities

• Quality and technical system adherence on the assigned production line.
• Completion of required production to plan and maintain safety and hygiene.
• Read and learn proper use and running of machines; follow operator manuals.
• Maintain health and safety standards; uphold impeccable hygiene and clean-as-you-go practices.
• Ensure efficient handover with maintenance and next shift; report faults promptly.
• Drive production to meet customer specifications and quality targets.
