Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce quality and food safety policies across operations.
• Lead quality specialists and technicians on daily activities on the lines.
• Collaborate with operations on key quality checks and hold data.
• Manage quality hold program and drive corrective actions.
• Provide leadership on reducing customer complaints through data trends.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, FSMA compliance and audits across the facility.
• Drive monthly KPI reviews to meet facility goals.
