Job summary

RRD's De Pere facility is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator / Material Handler to support printing presses and finishing equipment. You will load, unload, and move materials, ensuring stock is at the right place at the right time in a fast-paced environment.

This 2nd shift role offers a climate-controlled setting, a $2 per hour shift premium, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years forklift experience, preferably in direct mail facility or high-volume manufacturing.
• Forklift certification not required; willing to train and certify reliable, safety-conscious candidates.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to read shipping/receiving docs and match material codes to client runs.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload shipments of raw materials and pallets.
• Stage materials at printing presses to prevent downtime and remove finished goods from lines.
• Verify documents against incoming shipments and enter into PWMS; label and audit monthly.
• Safely load master print rolls using roll clamps and set up slitter blades per job specs.
• Monitor slitting process for clean cuts and measure finished pieces against specs.
