Job summary

RRD's De Pere facility is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious forklift operator to join our fast-paced production team. You will load, unload, and move materials, support printing presses and finishing equipment, and ensure stock is where it needs to be on time.

This 2nd shift role is in a climate-controlled environment. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $20.40 per hour, with a $2 shift premium and overtime opportunities; comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and more.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of forklift operation experience in a high-volume environment.
• Willing to train and certify forklift if needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to read shipping/receiving docs and match material codes.
• Basic comfort with inventory software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials and mail trays/pallets onto trucks.
• Stage materials at printing presses to prevent production downtime.
• Verify shipments; enter receipts, label goods, and perform monthly audits.
• Handle paper stock and finished goods without damage.
• Set up and adjust slitter blades, guides and margins as per job tickets.
• Load master print rolls using roll clamps onto the unwind shaft.
• Monitor slitting for clean cuts and measure against specs with calipers.
