Job summary

RR Donnelley: De Pere facility is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator / Material Handler to load, unload, and move materials, supporting printing presses and finishing equipment. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely material flow in a climate-controlled environment.

2nd shift, with a $2/hr premium in addition to base pay. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and more. Experience in a high-volume facility is preferred; training available for certification.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of forklift experience in a high-volume environment.
• Forklift certification not required; willing to train.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/sit for long periods.
• Detail-oriented and able to match material codes to client runs.
• Basic familiarity with inventory software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials and mail trays/pallets.
• Support printing presses and finishing equipment by moving materials.
• Verify shipping documents and enter receipts into PWMS.
• Safely handle paper stock and finished goods without damage.
• Set up slitter machine blades and adjust settings as per job tickets.
• Use roll clamps to load master print rolls.
• Monitor slitting accuracy with calipers or rulers.
• Perform daily pre-operational safety checks and maintain clean areas.
