Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Forklift Driver (2nd Shift) for the Dayton, NJ distribution center to support busy warehouse operations.

You will perform daily picks, load and unload using power equipment, and help maintain accurate inventory levels in a fast-paced, safety‑conscious environment. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year forklift experience, a High School diploma, strong communication, and a team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year of forklift experience operating Order Picker, Reach Truck, Pacer, and Turret.
• This is an onsite role with in-office duties.
• Excellent attendance and ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to cross-train on WSI DDC equipment (PKMS, Reach Tracker, Pacers).

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership to ensure completion of daily tasks.
• Perform daily hub picks using the inventory management system.
• Move items with power equipment and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain clean and organized aisles and safety culture.
• Handle loading, unloading, stacking, and staging of products.
