Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc Supply Chain in Dayton, NJ, is hiring a Forklift Driver for the 2nd shift. The role requires operating multiple power equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily distribution tasks in a fast-paced DC environment.

The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable attendance, with opportunities to cross-train on additional equipment and advance within a large consumer goods network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year of forklift experience operating Swing Reach, Reach Truck, & Order Picker.
• This is an onsite and in office role.
• Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team – performing whatever duties are necessary.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to learn warehouse management system functions (PKMS).
• Ability to read and verify locations and SKU numbers.
• Willing and able to be cross trained and certified to operate any or all WSI DDC equipment: Reach Tracker, Pacers, Swing Reach, Order Picker/TT, Motorized Pallet Jack.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and be a fast learner.
• Flexible to work overtime as required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership to ensure daily tasks completed.
• Complete daily pick for the Hub using the inventory system.
• Use orders to determine item movements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with the warehouse system.
• Complete staging and sweeping tasks using power equipment.
• Load/unload, stack, and stage products with power equipment.
• Maintain clean aisles and surroundings daily.
• Promote safety culture to prevent hazards.
• Other duties as instructed.
