The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to learn our warehouse systems. Candidates must have a High School Diploma, at least one year of forklift experience (Swing Reach, Reach Truck, Order Picker), and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year of forklift experience operating Swing Reach, Reach Truck, and Order Picker.
• Onsite and in-office role in Dayton, NJ.
• Excellent attendance and teamwork.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Willing to cross-train and certify on WS DDC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and move loads using multiple power equipment.
• Complete daily hub picks using the inventory management system.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize aisles and workspace.
• Support safety culture and adhere to safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
