Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a 1st shift Forklift Driver for our Dayton, NJ distribution center. You will operate multiple types of power equipment, pick orders, and maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

This onsite role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1 year of forklift experience, and strong communication skills. Overtime may be required as part of the shift structure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• At least 1 year forklift experience operating Swing Reach, Reach Truck, and Order Picker.
• Onsite role; strong attendance and teamwork.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and power equipment safely.
• Complete daily pick for the Hub using the inventory system.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize aisles daily.
• Support staging, unloading, and loading of products.
