Job summary

Williams-Sonoma Inc. is hiring a 2nd Shift Forklift Driver - Part Time in Dayton, NJ. The role requires forklift experience with Order Picker, Pacer, Turret and Reach Truck, and is onsite with hours from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Pay is $20.50 per hour with safety-focused duties and opportunities to cross-train on multiple warehouse equipment. The role emphasizes teamwork, attendance, and the ability to operate PKMS and verify SKUs within a fast-paced distribution center

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year of forklift experience operating Order Picker, Reach Truck, Pacer, and Turret.
• This is an onsite and in office role.
• Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to learn warehouse management system functions (PKMS).
• Ability to read and verify locations and SKU numbers.
• Willing to be cross trained and certified to operate any WSI DDC equipment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership to ensure completion of all tasks by end of each day.
• Complete daily picks for the Hub using the inventory management system.
• Utilize the orders to determine where items need to be moved – may include power equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using the warehouse system.
• Complete staging and sweeping tasks using power equipment.
• Load, unload, stack, and stage products using multiple power equipment.
• Ensure organization and housekeeping of aisles and surroundings daily.
• Promote safety awareness and cultivate the safety culture throughout the company.
• Other duties as instructed.
