Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc Supply Chain is seeking a Part Time Forklift Driver for the 2nd shift in Dayton, NJ. The role runs Monday–Friday, 4:00pm–8:30pm, reporting to Pedro Ares, in Department 9109 – Hub Returns. This non-exempt, onsite position requires a High School Diploma and forklift experience.

Responsibilities include daily pick, inventory accuracy, and safety-focused operations. Ideal candidates will have PKMS familiarity and be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• At least 1 year forklift experience operating Order Picker, Reach Truck, Pacer, and Turret.
• Onsite role in Dayton, NJ.
• Excellent attendance and teamwork.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Willing to be cross trained and certified on WSI DDC equipment: Reach Tracker, Pacers, Swing Reach, Order Picker/TT, Motorized Pallet Jack.
• Must communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift equipment for daily pick, load, and unload tasks.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using warehouse system.
• Complete staging/sweeping tasks using power equipment.
• Organize and maintain clean aisles and surroundings.
• Promote safety culture and follow safety procedures.
• Cross-train for multiple equipment types.
