Job summary

You will plan activities, train staff, maintain records, and enforce GMP and food safety while driving improvements with cross‑functional teams. The role requires strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in a supervisory role in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, GMPs and quality management systems.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with lean, 5S and process-improvement tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of production workers, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Plan production activities, allocate resources, set up equipment and optimize workflow.
• Monitor processes for quality and compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with managers to develop schedules and process improvements.
• Conduct inspections and maintain production records and quality documentation.
• Enforce safety protocols and PPE usage; ensure a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with maintenance, QA, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide regular reports on productivity, yield, downtime and quality metrics.
