BAILY INTERNATIONAL LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor in Woodbine, GA. You will lead a production team, drive efficiency, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time output. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you’ll collaborate with multiple departments to meet customer expectations.

The role requires 3+ years in food production or supervisory roles, with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. A hands-on leader who can coach and develop staff is ideal.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in a food production environment or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with HACCP and cGMP principles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire a team of production associates to meet targets.
• Oversee daily production processes and maintain safe, efficient operations.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure product quality.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to team members.
• Assist HR with onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews.
