Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a team-oriented candidate for a 2nd shift position (4:00 PM–12:30 AM) in our fast-paced production environment. You will label packaging, portion ingredients, and bag meals to precise measurements under supervision.

Compliance with GMP, BP, and PPE standards is required, with duties switching between RTH tasks and other production activities. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and a commitment to clean, safe work practices in a facility serving Home Chef’s Tempo meal

Qualifications

• HS Diploma preferred but not required.
• 6+ months of production/warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with others as a team.

Responsibilities

• Label packaging and portion ingredients to standard measurements.
• Follow SOPs and BP; maintain GMP and PPE standards.
• Report damages, missing parts or foreign materials to leadership.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist in end-of-day cleanup.
• Execute normal production functions when not on RTH tasks.
