Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a RTH Helper to support labeling, portioning and meal bagging operations in a fast-paced production environment. You will follow SOPs, use proper PPE, and help maintain GMP standards while contributing to timely shipment of products.

Responsibilities include labeling, portioning, and packing according to recipes, maintaining cleanliness, and working with leaders to meet daily goals. This role follows a 2nd shift schedule and benefits from comprehensive meals and safety

Qualifications

• HS Diploma preferred but not required.
• 6+ months of production/warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with others as a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow supervisor guidance to fulfill production requirements.
• Label packaging at standard rates and measure ingredients.
• Maintain a clean workspace and use proper measuring utensils.
• Adhere to GMP, PPE standards and food safety practices.
• Report issues to leadership and contribute to SQF/quality programs.
• Assist in achieving shipping and production goals.
