Home Chef, founded in 2013, is a leading meal solutions company delivering ready-to-heat meals. The Production Associate role operates on the 2nd shift (4 PM to 12:30 AM) with Mondays and Tuesdays off, focusing on labeling, portioning, meal bagging and shipping while following GMPs and SQF-related safety standards.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, demonstrating accuracy in measuring ingredients, inspecting produce, and transitioning between tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma preferred but not required.
• 6+ months of production/warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with others as a team.

Responsibilities

• Label packaging at the standard average rate.
• Portion ingredients using proper measuring utensils.
• Bag and kit meals for shipping.
• Visually inspect produce and maintain accuracy.
• Follow GMPs and safety guidelines; assist in EOD cleanups.
