Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking an Operator I at our Aurora, CO facility to safely operate baking and decorating machinery, maintain quality standards, and follow GMP/SQF/HACCP guidelines. The role supports production lines, ensures product quality, and fosters a safe working environment.

The successful candidate will work on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM-3:00 AM) with a wage of $17.53 per hour, and be part of a team focused on delivering high-quality desserts to customers while growing within a leading

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to work overtime, including weekends.
• Must be able to read and write in either English or Spanish.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, team environment.
• Demonstrates good verbal communication skills.
• Able to stay focused in a loud working environment.
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment requiring strict work/safety rules 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing, baking and decorating machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain production supplies at prescribed levels so the line does not shut down.
• Follow GMP policies and procedures.
• Read product formulas, temperatures, and times according to BOM.
• Coordinate with Production Leads as to product flow for batching.
• Meet production standards on assignments within required time.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to dress code.
