Job summary

The Original Cakerie in Aurora, CO is seeking an Operator I for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM-3:00 AM) to safely operate baking equipment and ensure consistent product quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will work within Dessert Holdings, following formulas and SOPs while upholding food safety standards and participating in training opportunities and certifications. Wage starts at $17.53/hr with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Read and follow product formulas, temperatures and times.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing, baking and decorating machinery safely.
• Maintain production supplies to prevent line shutdowns.
• Follow GMP, SQF, HACCP requirements for food safety and quality.
• Coordinate with leads for product flow and line efficiency.
• Keep work area clean and adhere to dress code and hygiene standards.
• Report production waste and issues to supervisor.
