Job summary

Palermo Villa, Inc. is hiring an experienced Machine Operator for the 2nd shift at our Canal Street facility in Milwaukee, WI.

This on-site, full-time role supports high-volume food manufacturing and requires maintaining quality and efficiency with shift-based hours (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Monday through Saturday; overtime may be available). You will operate and set up production equipment, monitor flow, and perform weight/time checks to ensure product quality.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of machine operation experience.
• Ability to follow setup instructions and monitor production lines.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate one or more pieces of production equipment.
• Set up machinery and monitor operation, adjusting as needed.
• Ensure weight, time and quality checks meet standards.
