Job summary

SITE Staffing Inc. is hiring dependable Machine Operators for 2nd shift (12:30PM-8:30PM) in Milwaukee, WI.

Pay ranges from $18 to $25 per hour and prior machine operation, food manufacturing, or packaging experience is valued. You will operate fillers, pouch machines, cartoners, labelers, cappers, sealers, checkweighers, scales and metal detectors; monitor lines; assist with setup and changeovers; troubleshoot issues; and clean and inspect equipment and products per GMP and safety procedures.

Qualifications

Experience operating packaging equipment or in food manufacturing.
Packaging equipment experience is preferred.
Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Operate packaging equipment to maintain continuous production.
Monitor production lines and adjust equipment to keep operating efficiently.
Assist setup team with line changeovers and equipment setup.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and support other packaging lines as needed.
Set up, operate, disassemble, and clean machinery according to established procedures.
Inspect products to ensure quality standards and specifications.
Follow GMP, quality control guidelines, and all safety procedures.
