Job summary

Acloché LLC is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a food processing facility near Madison, WI. You will maintain high-speed processing lines, service conveyors, and diagnose hydraulic/pneumatic systems while adhering to GMP and sanitation standards.

The role offers a strong overtime structure (time-and-a-half after 8 hours daily and double-time on Sundays) and a full corporate benefits package. Direct-hire with a stable, safety-focused team environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year mechanical maintenance in a fast-paced production setting, with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors.
• Demonstrated ability in basic welding for machinery repair.
• Comfort working in a food-safe facility with GMP compliance.
• Stable employment history showing reliability and teamwork.
• Residence within daily 45-minute drive of Greater Madison, WI area.
• Must be a US citizen or lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder).

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-speed processing lines with troubleshooting and repairs.
• Service conveyors and drive assemblies, including belts and gearboxes.
• Diagnose and service high-pressure pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Perform structural modifications using MIG/TIG welding to repair or enhance machinery.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and GMP guidelines are followed across the work areas.
