Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a dedicated cleaning technician for a 2nd shift role. You will perform routine cleaning and sanitation of the RTH area, equipment cleaning, and dish room duties in a food production facility. The position requires strict adherence to GMP/SQF standards and teamwork with production staff.

Responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing, restocking PPE, and maintaining hygiene across all departments, with a focus on safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual preferred: Spanish and English
• 2+ years of experience in the food industry
• General high school degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean and sanitize receptacles daily.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing with a floor scrubber.
• Clean and wipe down racks and tables; sanitize surfaces daily.
• Restock gloves and PPE in all sizes and maintain sinks and cleaning stations.
• Follow GMP and SQF-related safety and sanitation SOPs during tasks.
