Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a Sanitation Associate for 2nd shift in California. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, food-safe facility, with proper PPE and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include cleaning Refrigerated Coolers, Garbage Gondolas, the GMP Frock Room, and general areas, ensuring sanitation of all production utensils and sinks, and supporting SQF programs. Qualifications include 2+ years in the food industry, fluency in Spanish and English (preferred), and

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in the food industry.
• High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and food safety in the facility per SOPs.
• Wear PPE at all times and keep janitorial equipment clean and organized.
• Assist with sanitation of production areas and utensils on a daily basis.
• Test sanitizer and ensure proper sanitation levels.
• Follow GMPs and SQF-related procedures.
