Home Chef is seeking a RTH Sanitation Associate for the 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) in California. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, food-safe kitchen and assembly area, wearing PPE, and complying with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing, restocking PPE, and supporting GMP/SQF programs. The position emphasizes teamwork, reliable attendance, and communication with co-workers.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in the food industry.
• General high school degree, or equivalent, (e.g. GED)

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and food safe environment in kitchen and assembly areas.
• Wear PPE at all times and follow health and safety regulations.
• Follow GMP/SQF procedures and support food-safety programs.
