Job summary

Home Chef is hiring a RTH Sanitation Associate for the 3rd shift (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM) with Saturdays and Sundays off. The role ensures cleanliness and food safety in kitchen and assembly areas, requiring PPE, adherence to SOPs, and strong teamwork with production.

Responsibilities include sanitation of floors, racks, sinks, and equipment; maintaining cleaning supplies; and following GMPs and health regulations.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in the food industry.
• General high school degree or equivalent (GED).

Responsibilities

• Empty all trash cans and replace liners; clean and sanitize receptacles daily.
• Sweep, mop, and scrub floors with floor scrubber.
• Clean and wipe down racks.
• Wash and sanitize production utensils, bus tubs, sheet pans, and blue dollies.
• Clean metal tables and sanitize daily.
• Test sanitizer with Hydrion strips to confirm proper ppm.
• Clean Tub Washer according to SOP.
• Follow GMPs and SQF-related procedures.
