• Monitors inventory of replacement parts and restocks as needed.
• Coaches, trains, evaluates employee performance, and participates in disciplinary actions as needed.

Job Summary

The Fleet Supervisor (2nd Shift) starting at 11:30 a.m. is responsible for providing hands‑on leadership, manages workflow, assigns and prioritizes repair and preventative maintenance tasks, and ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards for a fleet of 70+ vehicles while supervising a team of 13 technicians.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversees the day‑to‑day operations of employees in the maintenance shop.

• Coordinates and supervises all maintenance work and repairs, and monitors progress and quality.

• Reviews driver repairs and other maintenance requests and prepares work order documents.

• Performs mechanical duties as needed.

• Monitors inventory of replacement parts and restocks as needed.

• Oversees personnel including coaching, training, evaluating employee performance, and conducting disciplinary action as needed. Provides input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions.

• Interprets and ensures consistent application of organizational policies and safety regulations.

• Creates and submits reports as necessary.

• 4 years years of relevant work experience. (in addition to education requirements)

Pay:

The expected base pay range for this onsite position is $73,525 - $86,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
