Job summary

Cleaveland/Price is seeking a Supervisor in Trafford, PA to lead the manufacturing team in a high-precision environment. You will oversee production output, ensure quality, and partner with leaders to drive operational goals across multiple departments.

The role requires 5–10 years of manufacturing experience with 1–2 years in leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to safety with OSHA/EHS participation. Weekend coverage and cross-departmental collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of manufacturing experience.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to supervise multiple departments as needs change.
• Experience enforcing safe work practices and OSHA/EHS programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production output and maintain product quality.
• Ensure all processes follow standardized policies and regulatory requirements (ISO, OSHA).
• Collaborate with leadership to implement operating strategies and goals.
• Develop systems to improve department performance and throughput.
• Train and develop teammates, including cross-training and performance management.
• Open/close facility on weekdays and occasional Saturdays; manage alarms and calls.
