Cleaveland/Price is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in Trafford, PA to lead a production team, optimize operations, and ensure safety and quality across departments. You will drive productivity, monitor throughput, and coach teammates to meet performance goals.

Qualifications include 5–10 years in manufacturing, 1–2 years in leadership, and strong communication skills, with a focus on safety compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of manufacturing experience
• 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to supervise different departments as needs change
• Proven ability to manage workflow
• Demonstrated experience enforcing safe work practices (OSHA/EHS)

Responsibilities

• Oversees and motivates production output and product quality
• Ensures production processes adhere to policies and regulatory requirements (ISO/OSHA)
• Partners with leadership to develop operating strategies and objectives
• Develops systems to drive department performance
• Communicates goals and expectations to teammates
• Troubleshoots issues and collaborates with peer supervisors for resolution
• Monitors safety and quality policy compliance
• Performs production-related tasks to support continuous workflow
• Assists with training and developing teammates in skills and knowledge
• Handles interviewing, discipline and termination per policy
• Provides timely performance evaluations
• Occasionally opens/closes the facility and handles alarm system during weekdays or Saturdays
• Performs other duties as assigned
