The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in manufacturing and 1–2 years of leadership, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. This position supports a fast-paced environment with responsibilities including shift coverage and performance

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of manufacturing experience.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to supervise multiple departments across shifts and coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production output and product quality.
• Ensure processes comply with policies and ISO/OSHA standards.
• Partner with leadership to set operating goals and strategies.
• Develop systems to drive department performance and throughput.
• Communicate department goals and performance to teammates.
• Troubleshoot issues with peer supervisors and resolve concerns.
• Monitor safety and quality policies and training compliance.
• Perform production tasks to support continuous workflow.
• Train and develop teammates; oversee hiring, discipline and evaluations.
• Open/close facility on schedule and handle alarms, calls, and security.
