Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar setting to PCC.
• 3+ years in supervisory or management roles.
• Ability to work independently and build productive supervisor-employee relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct hourly union personnel in fabrication operations.
• Assign work, train employees, and monitor quality and productivity.
• Recommend improvements in manufacturing methods and processes.
