Qualifications

• 5–10 years manufacturing experience.
• 1–2 years leadership experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to supervise different departments as needs change.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and cross-train employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and motivates production output and product quality.
• Ensures production processes adhere to ISO and OSHA policies.
• Partners with leadership to implement operating strategies and goals.
• Develops systems to drive department performance.
• Communicates goals and expectations to teammates.
• Trains and coaches teammates; supports performance management.
• Occasionally opens/closes facility and handles alarm system.
