Eaton is hiring a FAB Machine Operator for the WKND shift at the Arden, NC facility. The role involves setting up and operating PLC/Analog/manual controlled machines, inspecting parts, and maintaining tooling for continuous production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. from an accredited institution.
• Basic Computer skills – Microsoft Office(Word), Internet, etc.
• No immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
• No relocation benefit; within 50-mile radius of Arden, NC.

Responsibilities

• Observe all safety rules and hygiene regulations.
• Operate equipment/machinery to produce parts.
• Inspect final component against work specifications.
• Report abnormal situations and submit maintenance work orders.
• Provide on-the-job training for new Operators.
• Perform TPM and 5S+ responsibilities daily.
