Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe all safety rules and hygiene regulations.
• Understand/receive work assignments from supervisor.
• Perform initial setup for PLC, analog, or manually controlled machines.
• Operate equipment to produce parts according to drawings.
• Interpret work orders, Kanban cards, and drawings.
• Complete paperwork and system transactions.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials for continuous operation.
• Inspect final components against specifications.
• Provide on‑the‑job training for new Operators.
• Perform TPM and 5S+ duties daily.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management or leads.
