Job summary

Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium is seeking a Setup Supervisor to lead all full-time and part-time personnel on their shift and support the Setup Manager in department operations. The role focuses on task delegation, SOP adherence, and ensuring rooms, halls, and ballroom setups meet requirements using the work order system.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and delegate daily tasks to full time and part time personnel assigned to his/her shift.
• Ensure that department and staff are adhering to standard operating procedures of the department.
• Ensure that all rooms/halls/ballroom are set correctly and signed off on utilizing the work order system.
• Learn and operate event management software systems to complete billing and other functions.
• Conduct inventory counts to assess equipment functionality and potential loss of equipment.
• Learn and operate payroll software systems to complete attendance.
• Supervise full time Setup and part time Setup crews to ensure efficiency.
• Learn and operate sign shop equipment.
• Make recommendations related to hiring, firing or other changes in employee status.
• Other duties as assigned by Setup Manager.
