Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to lead our back-of-house team, ensuring consistency, quality, and a culture of teamwork while delivering an outstanding dining experience for every guest. You will help manage shifts, coach staff, and uphold WLW standards across cooking procedures.

The role requires 1+ year leadership culinary experience, strong work ethic, and the ability to train and motivate a diverse workforce. Medical, dental, and vision benefits are provided starting Day 1.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a leadership culinary role.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and accountability.
• Fluency in all cooking procedures and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Open or close the kitchen, ensuring smooth shift transitions and adherence to standards.
• Implement, maintain, and monitor WLW processes.
• Lead, train, and mentor a diverse culinary team to perform at the highest level.
• Ensure all cooking procedures and recipes are executed consistently.
• Support the achievement of department financial goals, AES goals, and guest satisfaction targets.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment.
