Job summary

Bolthouse Fresh Foods, headquartered in Bakersfield, CA, is seeking an Equipment Operator I to support the Natural Ingredients plant. The role involves coordinating daily production with supervisors and inventory managers, loading/unloading trailers, and operating various plant equipment to maintain smooth material flow and processing.

The ideal candidate will monitor gauges, adjust controls for temperature and pressure, and assist with changeovers, CIP, and cleaning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Must have a safe driving history and pass a background check.
• Strong English communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production needs with supervisors and inventory managers.
• Load/unload trailers and assist in production.
• Monitor material flow and gauges (temperature, pressure).
• Set or adjust machine controls for flow, temp, and pressure.
• Assist with changeovers, CIP, cleaning and sanitizing.
• Operate equipment including TA, Filler Room, CIP, evaporators, Koch and Mondo.
• Carry out production plant cleanup and onboarding support.
