Job summary

Bolthouse Farms in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a Machine Operator to operate and maintain packaging equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will ensure product quality, monitor packaging lines, and support safety and sanitation programs.

Responsibilities include equipment troubleshooting, data recording, training new staff, and participating in process improvements to meet delivery and quality targets. This is a full-time hourly role with regular shifts.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or 1–2 years in related field or combination of education and experience.
• Operating manual and automated packaging equipment (2 years).
• Performing quality tests using analytical tools (1 year).
• Regulated food manufacturing environment (1 year).
• Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot minor machine failures and make minor adjustments (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain automated production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs.
• Calibrate and validate quality testing equipment per specifications.
• Conduct visual inspection of finished products and suggest improvements.
• Record production data and monitor quality metrics.
• Train new personnel on operating procedures.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards in the workplace.
• Support process improvements and uphold GMP/food safety programs.
