Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• 2 years operating manual and automated packaging equipment.
• 1 year performing quality tests using analytical tools.
• 1 year in a regulated food manufacturing environment.
• 1 year mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot minor machine failures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, operate, and maintain automated production equipment for optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform minor repairs.
• Calibrate and validate quality testing equipment per specifications.
• Conduct visual inspections of finished products and identify quality issues.
• Record operational and production data and train new personnel.
