Job summary

Rise Baking Company is seeking an Operator I for the 2nd shift in Colton, CA. This full-time role executes the daily production schedule, operates production machinery, and ensures safety, quality, and on-time delivery of products.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), 1+ year of production experience in food manufacturing, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Shift: 7pm–3:30am, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of production experience in food manufacturing.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with peers and leadership.
• Willingness to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute the daily production schedule to meet customer orders.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery safely and securely as needed to achieve a high standard of performance.
• Properly handle ingredients used in production, including staging, measuring, and mixing.
• Complete all necessary paperwork to company standards.
• Adhere to all cleaning procedures in production area.
• Adhere to the allergen control program guidelines and verification activities.
• Take corrective action as assigned by the Supervisor based on audit findings.
• Participate in investigating issues and root-cause analysis for production problems.
• Maintain safe working conditions and adhere to the safety program.
