Job summary

Bolthouse Fresh Foods in Bakersfield, CA is seeking an Equipment Operator I-APEX Concentrate for the 3rd shift. You will assist in loading/unloading trailers, coordinate with supervisors, and operate various plant equipment to maintain production flow.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent and a safe driving record. The role offers full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package, with a pay range of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or related experience preferred.
• Must have a verifiable history of safe vehicle operation and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading/unloading trailers and production work.
• Monitor material flow and instruments and adjust machine controls.
• Unload and prepare ingredients for daily processing; complete change overs and CIP/sanitation tasks.
• Operate equipment such as TA, Filler Room, CIPs, Evaporators, Koch and Mondo.
• Support onboarding of new employees and maintain production area cleanliness.
