Job summary

Mercury Systems is hiring an assembler in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves following assembly drawings and written instructions to assemble, modify, rework, or reassemble units.

You will operate basic electronic assembly tasks, load programs, and process parts through equipment and ovens, while maintaining logs and interfacing with engineers. The position requires minimal prior experience, steady hands, attention to detail, and comfort with chemicals.

Qualifications

• Typically requires one year of experience or less.
• Ability to work under a microscope as needed.
• Ability to work OT as needed.
• Comfortable with exposure to chemicals such as acetone.
• Must have good computer skills in Microsoft Office to include Outlook, and Excel.
• Must have good eye/hand coordination and a steady hand. Requires strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to follow specs/drawings.

• Uses written instructions to assemble, modify, rework or reassemble units

Fulltime Equivalent Job Grade Salary Range for this position

• $34,200.00 - $68,400.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in FL, GA, IN, AZ, AL, MD or TX, and all remote employees
• $38,300.00 - $76,600.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in VA, CA, NH or MA
• $40,400.00 - $80,700.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in NJ
