Job summary

Foster Poultry Farms is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Electrical) for the 2nd shift in Demopolis, AL. The role focuses on designing, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting plant instrumentation and PLCs to ensure safe, reliable operations.

You will work closely with supervisors and processing teams to uphold quality and food safety, while supporting the company’s values of accountability, collaboration, and nimbleness.

Qualifications

• Three years of on‑the‑job experience in industrial electrical field.
• Reading and writing English required.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and E-verify.

Responsibilities

• Design and upgrade/install plant instruments and control devices.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and rebuild equipment as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
