Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician for our plant in Wetumpka, AL. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and process improvements to keep production running smoothly.

Responsibilities include maintaining production equipment, managing spare parts, and safely operating electrical and mechanical systems. The position is on-site with a strong emphasis on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with robotics and PLCs.
• Strong 480V 3-phase electrical knowledge.
• MIG/TIG/Arc welding proficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with powered lift equipment.
• Familiar with CMMS and MS Office.
• Maintenance on motors, conveyors, transmissions.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance on facility structures and production equipment.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance per plan.
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts and supplies.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Maintain vehicle fleet and material handling equipment readiness.
• Install upgrades and identify process improvements.
• Adhere to safety regulations and compliance.
