Job summary

Wise Foods Inc. is seeking a skilled Electronics Technician for the 2nd shift (4pm-12am). You will conduct, maintain, test and repair electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

The role focuses on electrical maintenance and programming of plant machinery while applying knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical principles to diagnose malfunctions and restore operation. You will troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled equipment, install/start/stop machinery per

Qualifications

Three years PLC experience.
ET Certification.
High School or GED.
Microsoft Office experience.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical/electronic equipment, including programmable controls, numeral controls, power supplies, drives, gauges and test equipment.
Plans and performs work requiring knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical theories, writing specifications, electrical codes, and operation principles.
Installs, starts up and shuts down equipment in accordance with safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
Advises operators and line mechanics on safe operation and requirements for equipment.
Informs management of potential electrical/mechanical problems and dangers.
Maintains maintenance records for identified equipment.
Performs preventive maintenance functions as directed.
Assists maintenance personnel with troubleshooting and trains others.
