The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and ensuring compliance with DOT regulations while maintaining accurate documentation and coordinating with planners and front-line staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in transportation or logistics preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between the company and professional drivers.
• Monitor driver performance metrics (revenue, miles, MPG, on-time delivery).
• Provide coaching and performance feedback; disciplinary actions when needed.
• Ensure clear weekly plans and load assignments for drivers.
• Maintain driver records and documentation per policy.
