Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated assembly tasks for driveline components and sub-assemblies.
• Operate and monitor assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production schedules.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for defects per specifications and gaging techniques.
• Document production data such as quantities, scrap, and downtime.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation per 5S principles.
• Participate in safety policies, procedures, and continuous improvement meetings.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.
