Dauch Bowling Green Manufacturing Facility is seeking a 3rd shift assembly associate to produce driveline components and systems to exact specifications. You will perform both manual and automated tasks, read blueprints and work instructions, and monitor equipment to ensure quality and on-time output.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to work the 3rd shift (10:00pm–6:30am).
• Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours and lift up to 35 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated assembly tasks for driveline components and sub-assemblies.
• Operate and monitor assembly equipment, machinery, and tools safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production schedules.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for quality defects and conformance to specifications.
• Document production data, including quantities, scrap, and downtime.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation per 5S principles.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team meetings.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.
