Job summary

You will operate manual and automated equipment, document output and downtime, participate in 5S, and work with teammates to meet daily production goals while upholding safety policies.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation following 5S principles.
• Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks safely.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions promptly.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated assembly tasks for driveline components and sub-assemblies.
• Operate and monitor assembly equipment, machinery, and tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for quality defects and conformance to specifications.
