MacLellan Integrated Services is seeking a Control Room Operator to support facility maintenance operations by coordinating work orders, scheduling resources, and ensuring timely communication between maintenance teams, contractors, and leadership.

The role requires CMMS proficiency, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, including on-call rotations and weekend work, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating maintenance work orders and dispatching resources.
• Ability to prioritize urgent requests and communicate clearly with teams.
• Proficiency with CMMS platforms and basic computer applications.
• Strong attention to safety, regulations, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, prioritize, and dispatch maintenance work orders using the CMMS.
• Coordinate and assign work to maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring scope, location, and safety clarity.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Respond to emergencies quickly to minimize disruptions.
• Track materials, labor hours, and costs for reporting.
