You will perform dipping-related tasks, monitor quality, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment while contributing to continuous improvement and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create neoprene-based products by dipping, stripping, sorting, washing and inspecting per quality standards.
• Maintain efficiency by switching mandrels and assisting with tank duties and leach line operations.
• Check for foreign material and residue; remove junk and ensure mandrels are clean.
• Operate machinery safely, report hazards, and follow safety and quality policies.
• Keep pace and accuracy to meet performance metrics.
• Maintain attendance and contribute to team goals.
• Highlight cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.
